First we make an initial assessment to know your starting point, goals and previous experience. From there we guide you to the most suitable type of training for you.
From the first day all sessions are guided by the trainer, correcting and adapting the exercises on the spot so that you train with safety and sense.
Over the weeks we review your progress and adjust loads and exercises so that you continue to progress without stagnating or getting injured.
Our goal is not to tire you out one day, but that in a few months you will notice a real change.
